To inhabit delay — that moment when we choose to stay even though it is already time to leave — means to disobey the imposed rhythm, to suspend the urgency of the present moment, and to open a fissure from which to rethink temporality not as a sequence, but as a threshold. In this voluntary temporal dissonance, time ceases to be a fixed structure and becomes an experience: latency, echo. This exhibition invites us to continue reflecting on the many spaces of transition, where what has not fully begun coexists with what is still unfinished. It is the desire to leave and to stay, caught between departure and the possibility of a final moment that resists fading away.  Within this conceptual framework, Late Check-Out inhabits the threshold between the intimate and the outline; from a lobby, we watch the rain fall. A scene suspended in the warm glow of sunset, where waiting becomes a form of refuge. Here, objects whisper stories that perhaps never happened, yet somehow we all seem to remember. As in any lobby, no one stays forever. But something, perhaps, can happen while waiting. Marco Valtierra
