Espacio Cabeza

Espacio Cabeza is an independent, non-profit space dedicated to contemporary art. Founded in 2019 and based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, it has an exhibition program focused on the production, presentation, and dissemination of critical and experimental artistic practices, collaborating with local and international artists and cultural agents. EC also maintains a specialized contemporary art library, organizes the Curatorial Mentorship Program for Artists annually, and is the founder of GRUHA, the Study and Research Group on the History of Contemporary Art in Guadalajara.

EC has received support from the Secretaría de Cultura del Estado de Jalisco, the Patronato de Arte Contemporáneo (PAC), and Fundación Jumex Arte Contemporáneo.
